This place has recently been renovated with extremely helpful staff at the front desk and is conveniently located close to a historical museum, making it comfortable and ideal for exploring.

Hotel Saranac in Saranac Lake is a charming, old-fashioned hotel perfect for a 2-night stay. the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was recently refurbished, spacious, and equipped with convenient amenities like pay television, a safe box, and a microwave oven. the bathroom in the room was nice and well-maintained. the hotel's location is beautiful, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, the lake, and the breathtaking Baker Mountain hike. Being by the river added to the overall charm of the experience. It was a great way to end our weekend getaway.

I had a fantastic stay with friendly staff and a perfect blend of historical charm and modern conveniences. The beautiful decor and updated facilities were impressive. The gym was surprisingly spacious. The hotel provided ample USB ports and electric outlets, which made it convenient for me to use my computer and charge all my electronic devices. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, and the dinner was delicious.

This place is in a great location, close to a scenic hiking trail up Baker Mountain 🏞️. the staff here is friendly and helpful. the breakfast is tasty and they have a nice view of the street from the hotel.
